Shipping policy

In-Stock Items: Orders that are in-stock at our warehouse and are ready to ship immediately.

• Domestic Shipping: 1-5 business days

• International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Made-to-Order Items: These items are produced in limited bulk production runs after orders are placed. Production timelines vary depending on demand, manufacturing schedules, and shipping logistics.

Once production is complete and inventory arrives at our warehouse, orders ship according to the timelines above.

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to production, customs, or carrier-related factors.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the made-to-order fulfillment process described above and understand that production must be completed before orders are shipped and that timelines may vary.

If the production timeline no longer works for customers, please contact universalecho.co@gmail.com before your order ships. We are happy to assist with a refund prior to shipment.
