Welcome to Universal Echo.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Universal Echo website, online store, products, and services.
Throughout these Terms, “Universal Echo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Universal Echo. “You” and “customer” refer to the individual accessing our website or purchasing our products.
By using our website, placing an order, and/or checking the “I agree to the terms and policies” box during checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies, including our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Please review these Terms before completing your purchase.
1. ELIGIBILITY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION
By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, and payment information.
You are responsible for reviewing this information for accuracy before completing your purchase.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
Universal Echo makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, including their colors, designs, materials, sizing, features, descriptions, and availability.
However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, materials, or other factors.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, designs, and specifications may be updated or changed without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
Universal Echo products may be offered as either:
IN STOCK
or
MADE TO ORDER
The fulfillment process and timing for your purchase depend on the status identified for the product.
3. IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
Products identified as In Stock are currently available at our warehouse and are generally ready to ship.
Once an In-Stock order is processed and shipped, estimated shipping times are:
Domestic Shipping: 1–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days
These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, and other circumstances outside Universal Echo's reasonable control may affect delivery.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain Universal Echo products are offered on a Made-to-Order basis.
Made-to-Order products are produced in limited bulk production runs after customer orders are placed. These products are not considered ready-to-ship inventory at the time of purchase.
Production must be completed and the product must arrive at our warehouse before your order can be shipped to you.
Production times vary depending on the product and production run and may be affected by factors including manufacturing schedules, demand, production capacity, material availability, order volume, customs processing, international freight, transportation, and other logistical circumstances.
Made-to-Order Production Window
Please allow up to four (4) months from the date of purchase for production and arrival of a Made-to-Order product at our warehouse.
The four-month timeframe is a maximum production window—a ceiling—not the expected or typical production time. Most Made-to-Order products are expected to be completed and received significantly sooner.
The purpose of the four-month maximum is to allow sufficient time for unexpected manufacturing, production, freight, customs, or logistical delays that can occasionally occur with limited production runs.
Once your Made-to-Order product arrives at our warehouse, it will ship according to our standard shipping timelines:
Domestic Shipping: 1–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days
The applicable standard shipping period begins after production is complete and the product has arrived at our warehouse.
5. MADE-TO-ORDER CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
We want every customer purchasing a Made-to-Order product to understand the fulfillment process before completing their purchase.
When you purchase a product clearly identified as Made to Order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product is Made to Order.
- The product is not considered ready-to-ship inventory at the time of purchase.
- Production must be completed before your order can be shipped.
- Production and arrival at our warehouse may take up to four (4) months from your purchase date.
- The four-month period represents a maximum production window and not the expected or typical production time.
- Most Made-to-Order products are expected to be completed significantly sooner.
- Production times can vary because of manufacturing, freight, customs, demand, and other logistical factors.
- Standard shipping time begins after production is complete and the product has arrived at our warehouse.
- You have reviewed and accepted Universal Echo's Made-to-Order production and fulfillment process before completing your purchase.
By checking the “I agree to the terms and policies” box during checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms, including the Made-to-Order production and fulfillment process applicable to any Made-to-Order products included in your order.
If you are purchasing an item for a specific event, holiday, trip, gift date, or other deadline, please do not rely upon a particular delivery date unless Universal Echo has expressly confirmed that delivery date to you in writing.
6. MADE-TO-ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We understand that circumstances can change while a Made-to-Order product is being produced.
If the production timeline no longer works for you, please contact Universal Echo at universalecho.co@gmail.com before your order ships.
As long as your order has not shipped, you may request cancellation and a refund.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Any return, exchange, or refund request after shipment will instead be handled according to our Refund Policy.
If a Made-to-Order product reaches the stated four-month production window and has not yet arrived at our warehouse, Universal Echo may contact you regarding the status of your order and available options.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
7. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Universal Echo.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, product availability, technical errors, or circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has shipped.
Please carefully review your product selection, fulfillment status, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other information before submitting your order.
If we need to modify or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with the order.
8. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing, technical, or system errors.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method selected and authorize Universal Echo and its payment service providers to process the transaction.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Universal Echo makes reasonable efforts to process and ship orders according to the fulfillment process described on our website and in these Terms.
For Made-to-Order products, the standard shipping period does not begin on the date the order is placed. It begins after the Made-to-Order production process is completed and the product arrives at our warehouse.
Unless Universal Echo expressly guarantees a particular delivery date in writing, production, processing, transit, and delivery dates are estimates.
Universal Echo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, manufacturing delays, labor disruptions, international freight delays, or similar events.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Tracking information will generally be provided after an order ships when tracking is available.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise expressly stated.
10. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Please review the Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
Made-to-Order products are additionally subject to the Made-to-Order provisions contained in these Terms and our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. TRANSACTION & FULFILLMENT RECORDS
Universal Echo may maintain records relating to transactions for purposes including order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, refunds, payment disputes, and chargeback responses.
These records may include, where available:
- Order date and time;
- Products purchased;
- Product fulfillment status;
- Billing and shipping information;
- Records relating to acceptance of applicable Terms and policies;
- Payment transaction information supplied by our payment processor;
- Customer communications;
- Production and fulfillment information;
- Shipping and tracking information; and
- Delivery confirmation.
These records may be used as reasonably necessary to establish the nature of a transaction, the fulfillment terms applicable to an order, communications between Universal Echo and the customer, and the fulfillment or delivery status of an order.
12. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If you have a concern regarding an order, fulfillment timeline, cancellation, refund, or delivery, we encourage you to contact Universal Echo at universalecho.co@gmail.com so we have an opportunity to assist you.
If a chargeback or other payment dispute is filed, Universal Echo reserves the right to respond to the dispute and provide relevant transaction documentation to our payment processor, the customer's financial institution, card issuer, card network, or other appropriate party.
Depending on the nature of the dispute, this information may include:
- Order and payment records;
- Product descriptions;
- Whether a product was identified as In Stock or Made to Order;
- The Made-to-Order production window applicable when the order was placed;
- The Terms and policies applicable to the transaction;
- Records indicating acceptance of applicable Terms and policies;
- Customer communications;
- Cancellation or refund records;
- Production and fulfillment information;
- Shipping records;
- Tracking information; and
- Proof of delivery.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their card issuer, financial institution, applicable card-network rules, or applicable law.
13. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & WEBSITE ERRORS
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product information, inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, or other inaccuracies.
Universal Echo reserves the right to correct errors and update information.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you to explain the issue and provide appropriate options.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, Universal Echo owns or has permission to use the content appearing on our website, including our name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, artwork, slogans, website design, and other creative materials.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Universal Echo's intellectual property without our prior written permission except where permitted by law.
15. CUSTOMER REVIEWS, PHOTOS & FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily provide Universal Echo with reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
You grant Universal Echo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and share submitted content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and promoting Universal Echo, subject to applicable law.
You may not submit content that infringes another person's rights, contains unlawful material, is knowingly false or misleading, or contains viruses or malicious software.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, shipping providers, applications, social media platforms, and other technology providers.
Universal Echo does not control independent third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their separate content, availability, policies, or practices.
Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policies.
17. SHOPIFY
The Universal Echo online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce technology that allows us to offer our products and services online.
Purchases made through the Universal Echo store are transactions between you and Universal Echo.
Shopify and other service providers may process certain information as necessary to operate our store, process payments, prevent fraud, and provide related services.
18. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Information may be processed by Universal Echo, Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, and other service providers as necessary to operate our store, process transactions, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide customer service, and perform other legitimate business functions.

19. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- To violate applicable laws or regulations;
- To infringe Universal Echo's or another party's intellectual property rights;

- To interfere with website security or operation;
- To impersonate another person or provide intentionally false information;
- To engage in unauthorized scraping, automated data collection, spam, or phishing; or
- To engage in conduct that could reasonably harm Universal Echo, our customers, service providers, or website.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except for warranties expressly provided by Universal Echo or required by law.
We do not guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption or error.
Product warranties, if any, will be provided as expressly stated for the applicable product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Universal Echo and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Universal Echo and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed as necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. NO WAIVER
Universal Echo's failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
25. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Universal Echo website are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with Universal Echo will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York.
26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Universal Echo may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, products, services, technology, policies, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on our website and will identify the date of the most recent update.
Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law. The Terms applicable when an order was placed will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms expressly presented as part of a purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Universal Echo regarding your use of our online store and your purchase.
Product-specific fulfillment information clearly displayed on a product page forms part of the conditions applicable to that product.
